Yesterday we took a 34' Marine Trader Double Cabin trawler for a sea trial...and we bought her.  This has been the dream for more than 40 years - to cruise the waterways at 6 knots and enjoy the view.  The name "Sixteen Tons" was chosen out of reference to "another day older and deeper in debt" since that is the way of life of the baby boomer generation.
